  1. Wake up before sunrise โ€” Take a bath and wear clean, preferably white or light-coloured clothes.
  2. Set up your puja space โ€” Place your Narmadeshwar Shivling on a clean altar facing north or east.
  3. Panchamrit Abhishek โ€” Bathe the Shivling with milk, curd, honey, ghee, and sugar water (Panchamrit) one by one.
  4. Gangajal Abhishek โ€” Pour pure water or Gangajal over the Shivling while chanting "Om Namah Shivaya".
  5. Offer Bilva Patra โ€” Offer Bel (Bilva) leaves in sets of 3 โ€” this is Lord Shiva's most favourite offering.
